We are pleased to open the doors to our new Inalca Food & Beverage Poland Chefs Academy in Warsaw. It is a modern culinary space created primarily for the HoReCa industry – our customers, partners and professionals who want to develop their skills and business through practical knowledge, inspiration and work with top-quality products.

The new Academy is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 134 in Warsaw and combines a professionally equipped training kitchen, a tasting area and a dedicated space for meetings and industry events.

At the Academy, we organize HoReCa training sessions, individual workshops, tastings and product presentations, team-building events and tailor-made events. An important part of the programme is practical training led by Chef Andrea Scarantino, Italian Cuisine Expert, who shares his experience, working techniques and authentic approach to Italian cuisine.

The Academy is also an important sales support tool for Inalca Food & Beverage Poland. Through training sessions and product presentations, we help our customers discover new applications for our products, broaden their knowledge and further develop their gastronomic offer.
